Booking direct with our small group of private owners gives you access to the best rates available, in fact we will guarantee to beat any other written quotation for the resort by at least $20/night and often more than $50/night (subject to availability).
Our highly competitive rates are achieved by our owners selecting a well respected Orlando based off-site management company. We do not charge any additional resort fees ($14.57 per night when booked through others) or any other hidden extras. See our rates »

Our condominiums have been designed for self catering, with luxury fittings, large bedrooms and spacious living areas. The spacious free form heated swimming pool is complemented by a large hot tub. The pool decking area has tropical landscaping with ample high quality furniture and a Tiki Bar where you can purchase iced drinks and hot and cold snacks. The resort clubhouse boasts a fully equipped fitness room and a convenience store.
Our condominiums have luxurious fixtures and fittings and comfortable furniture, cable TV, FREE local telephone calls, FREE broadband internet access, FREE crib and highchair and FREE parking. The kitchens are fully equipped with all you need to self cater. We provide an ample supply of towels and linens. Every unit has a comfortable Living room, fully fitted Kitchen and Dining area. The large screened balcony has a table and chairs, allowing you to relax whilst you take in the beautiful views over the pool and pond area.
